Position Overview:

Growthsphere is seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to support our office operations in Bangalore. The Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace, providing essential administrative support to our team.


  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee office facilities, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members. Ensure efficient use of meeting spaces.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, files, and documentation, both physical and digital. Assist with data entry and record management tasks as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workspaces, ordering equipment, and providing orientation materials.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate company events, meetings, and gatherings, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • HR Support: Assist with basic HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records, tracking time-off requests, and supporting employee needs.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management. Maintain accurate records of office expenses.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining a safe and clean office environment. Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR and basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
