Job Description: As an AI Architect, you will spearhead the development and optimization of Generative AI models, specifically focusing on LLMs to support decision-making for long-term investments. You will be tasked with architecting, refining, and customizing AI systems that not only fetch and analyze multimodal data but also enhance user interaction through intelligent search and detailed, bespoke reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI frameworks tailored for financial investment analysis and decision support.
• Architect and customize LLMs to enhance understanding and generation capabilities specific to client needs in the financial industry.
• Lead projects involving Generative AI models to create dynamic, customizable reports and insights.
• Work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and knowledge engineers to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of machine learning models, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, particularly in Generative AI and LLMs, to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
• Document AI system architectures and maintain rigorous evaluation standards to ensure the highest quality of output.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and the benefits of system implementations to stakeholders across the company.

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
• Extensive experience in the architecture and customization of large language models.
• Proficiency in Python, and familiarity with AI development tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and deploying Generative AI models in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
• Solid understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of managing complex AI projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details and project implications clearly to a non-technical audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Published research in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Prior experience in a financial services firm, developing solutions for investment analysis.
